WE HAVE 2 SPACES REMAINING for our January CrossFit Beginners/On-Ramp program.
An entry level towards a CrossFit membership, and compulsory for anyone wanting to participate in a CrossFit class, covering:
* 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit
* How to enter a class Safely & Effectively
* Insights into first class coaching in Strength & Conditioning
* Breakdown of CrossFit methodologies, shared Personal training, managing intensities.
Class will start Monday 11th January @ 7.30pm, running every:
Monday/Wednesday/Thursday @ 7.30pm
For a duration of 2 weeks + 2 free CrossFit coached classes the following week.
£50 for members
£60 for non-members
